1- Define Accounting flexfield structure
2- Define key flexfield structure
3- Setup the Value Set
4- Assign the value set to Segment
5- Assign the Flexfield Qualifier
6- Select AID/ CVS
7- Freeze the flexfield structure
8- Compile the flexfield structure
9- Assign the values to Value set
